Investment Loans

Investment loans built around your property plans

An investment property is a long-term strategy as much as a purchase. We structure your loan around cash flow, equity and future growth, then find a lender whose policy suits the way you want to invest.

Loans set up for investors

The right structure matters as much as the rate. We look at how each loan will work alongside your other properties, your income and your plans for the next purchase.

Borrow using equity

Use the equity you have built in your home as a deposit, rather than waiting to save cash.

Interest-only repayments

Lower repayments in the early years can help cash flow while rent covers more of the costs.

Smart loan structuring

Separate loan splits and careful security arrangements help keep your options open as your portfolio grows.

Fixed, variable or split

Lock in part of the loan for certainty and keep the rest flexible.

Offset accounts

Keep your savings working against your loan balance while staying accessible.

Lender comparison

Investor policies vary a lot between lenders. We compare them so you do not have to.

Who we help

From a first investment to a growing portfolio, these are the investors we work with most.

How it works

We work alongside your accountant on tax matters. All loans are subject to lender approval, terms and conditions.

Common questions

Often, yes. Lenders typically let you borrow against your home up to 80% of its value, less what you still owe. That usable equity can cover the deposit and purchase costs for an investment property.

Interest-only repayments are lower in the early years, which can help cash flow. Principal and interest repayments build equity faster and usually attract a lower rate. The right choice depends on your goals and your other debts.

Interest on money borrowed to buy an income-producing property is generally tax-deductible. Your accountant can confirm how this applies to you.

Most lenders look for 10% to 20% of the purchase price, plus costs such as stamp duty. You can use cash savings, equity in an existing property, or a mix of both.
